The Life Science Legal Strategy Summit 2026 takes place on 13–14 October at the Frankfurt Marriott Hotel in Frankfurt, Germany. The fifth annual summit brings together in-house legal teams, patent practitioners, law firms and regulatory specialists to discuss the legal challenges facing pharmaceutical and biotechnology businesses.
The programme connects patent protection and regulatory exclusivity with competition, market access and commercial transactions. For patent teams, discussions include antibody claims, the relationship between EPO and UPC practice, AI-discovered therapeutics and the protection of new medical uses. The event combines panel discussions with smaller roundtables and opportunities to meet peers across the life sciences sector.
