Victor holds law degrees from Queen Mary, University of London and Georgetown University, with a background spanning patent law and pharmaceuticals. He has authored 20 peer-reviewed publications in scientific journals including Nature Biotechnology and JAMA, and co-founded ClaimWise, which was acquired by Solve Intelligence. Over the past four years, he has worked closely with patent attorneys across the EU and US on integrating AI into their prosecution and litigation workflows.
