At Solve Intelligence, João leads the people function, helping build the team and organisation to support our growth. Previously, he led the people function at Oxford Ionics as the quantum computing company grew from 40 to 90 employees ahead of its acquisition. Before that, he was Head of People at machine learning company Invenia Labs, where he helped grow the team from around 20 to 80. João studied law in Brazil and holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge.
